Koakoa Limoncello Mojito

Why not mix things up a bit this summer with a Koakoa Limoncello inspired Mojito! 


  • 1/2 lime, cut into wedges
  • 15ml simple syrup
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint, leaves stripped from the stems
  • Ice
  • 60ml Koakoa limoncello
  • Soda water


In your favourite glass, add the lime wedges, mint and simple syrup. Use a muddler to mash the three together and combine the flavours.
Fill the glass with ice and add the limoncello. Top with soda water and stir together. Serve.
