You could also try replacing the Limoncello with Orangecello to get that summer taste of Gisborne Oranges.
This recipe is for two glasses.
- 60 ml Koakoa Limoncello (chilled)
- 250 ml Prosecco (chilled)
- Soda water
- 2 Slices of Lemon
- Fresh mint
Grab those awesome glasses from the cabinet and divide the Limoncello and Prosecco between them. Add ice, then top up with soda water. Add lemon slices and fresh mint. Serve
