Limoncello Lemon Drop

The perfect Spring cocktail, nice and tart

  • 60 ml of Koakoa limoncello
  • 30 ml of The Bond Store Vodka
  • 15 ml of fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • Ice, enough to fill cocktail shaker ⅔ up
  • 1 lemon slice
  • ¼ cup sugar for the rim of glass
Pour a thin layer of sugar onto a small plate, just larger than the rim of your favorite martini glass. Wet the rim with the fleshy bit of a freshly cut lemon, then dip the rim of the glass into the sugar so that a nice amount covers the it.
Combine all other ingredients together and shake vigorously in a cocktail shaker. Strain into your glass and serve with a slice of lemon on top.
