Raspberry Limoncello Prosecco

A refreshing, bubbly summer cocktail

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 bottle prosecco, chilled
  • 250 ml Koakoa limoncello liqueur, chilled
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 6 sprigs fresh mint

DIRECTIONS
In a large jug, whisk together prosecco and limoncello. Serve over raspberries, garnished with mint, if desired
